I wanted to take a moment today, amidst the ever-changing situation regardingCOVID-19, to let you know that we are here to support you and your team throughout this time.
When I started this company, I made sure to implement the tools and technology necessary to allow our team to work from any location, regardless of our ability to commute. As most of our team shifts to working remotely, you will not see a change in our response time, nor in the efficiency of our service.
We have been in touch with our key suppliers, like Epson & GMG, and have been assured that availability of ink and paper is strong. Epson printers are on short supply, but we do have access to several units. Additionally, our warehouse in Greenpoint, Brooklyn is practicing the necessary precautions to ensure that their functions do not promote the spread of this virus and that you will continue to receive the same level of service that you have come to rely on to get your work done.
Here are the key points at this time:
Our team is working remotely and available for remote service
The supply chain remains strong, and orders are going out as expected
Our local warehouse is open, and workers are taking necessary precautions
I understand that the immediate future may not be clear, and that you might not know what the next few weeks or even months may look like.
